GENERAL TERMS

✦ You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.
✦ Any message or comments that you send must come in the following languages: English or Spanish.
✦ Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.
✦ For me to initiate the commission you will pay for the work in full and receive updates (sketches).
✦ Keep in mind my drawing style before asking for commissions. I have the right to reject them if I am not comfortable with the request or if it does not conform to my style.
✦ Commissions are delivered in order of arrival / order.
✦ Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. Please let me know before I confirm the commission if you intend you use the artwork for commercial use as that will incur a higher fee.

PAYMENT

✦ The prices listed are in USD!
✦ I only accept PAYPAL payments
✦ There are NO refunds. Due to the digital nature of this file, all purchases are final. Refunds and exchanges will not accepted, so please consider the product carefully before placing your order.
✦ The prices are not negotiable.
✦ There will be an added cost of 5% aprox to the total sum to cover for the Paypal transaction fees.
✦ I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason (before I started itor at the sketch stage).

PROCESS

✦ Generally the commission will take from a few days to a month and a half depending on how long my queue is and how complex your request/character(s) are.
✦You can ask for a WIP but please don't spam or ask for updates ( you can check my Trello instead.
✦ All commissions have 2 revisions only.
✦ You can change the idea of the emote/illus as long as I have not started the sketch process. Once started, minimal changes can be extra charges, such as subtle changes of expressions, etc.
✦ All commissions will be sent via ''google drive'' in a folder dedicated to each client. If you commission more than once it will all be in the same file.
✦ In the event that the client does not reply to feedback or revision requests within a period of 7 days, I retain the right to proceed with the project.

COPYRIGHT

✦ You may not claim my work as your own.
✦ Reposting the commission is fine, just include credit to my social media.
✦ I, Mei, own the rights to the artwork. Do not claim the files as your own. I reserve the right take any appropriate legal action in the case of unauthorized use of my work.
✦ I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.
✦ You do not have the right to sell or edit my art without my permission. There are additional fees depending on the use of your order (personal, commercial, merch).
